Save repeated wording, links, tags, sponsor notes, or resource names where they belong.

Describe the visual.
Use plain words: subject, mood, key detail, and anything that must not be wrong.

If the file, source, or reference lives somewhere else, save that link with the setup.

When ownership or license matters, put that reminder in the notes before publishing.
