Keep the source, owner, license, or permission note with the work.
Reusable material
Save repeated wording, links, tags, sponsor notes, or resource names where they belong.

Describe the visual.
Use plain words: subject, mood, key detail, and anything that must not be wrong.

Add the location or link.
If the file, source, or reference lives somewhere else, save that link with the setup.

Keep rights visible.
When ownership or license matters, put that reminder in the notes before publishing.

Keep source, permission, credit and usage notes beside each asset. Review those notes before reusing it in a project.
