CreatorToybox uses the shared SpiderTaz Network account framework. These CreatorToybox Terms add rules for creator planning, reusable work, saved setups, profile copy, content ideas, links, assets, calendars, promotion prep, and workspace activity. The central SpiderTaz Network Terms of Service also apply when you use CreatorToybox.

Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, signing in, saving work, generating or editing creator material, submitting information, using planning tools, or otherwise using CreatorToybox, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use CreatorToybox.

Accounts And Access

CreatorToybox account access is tied to the shared SpiderTaz Network identity system. You are responsible for activity connected to your account, session, browser, device, saved work, credentials, or authorized access. Keep sign-in access secure and do not use another person's account.

CreatorToybox stores creator-tool information linked to the shared account. CreatorToybox does not create a separate account authority, separate password system, or separate creator identity.

Creator Work And Saved Setups

CreatorToybox may let you save, edit, reuse, export, copy, organize, archive, or prepare creator work such as profile copy, content ideas, bio links, assets, posting plans, promotional material, setup notes, project details, and workflow information.

You are responsible for reviewing all saved, generated, edited, copied, exported, or published material before using it. CreatorToybox does not guarantee that any output is accurate, original, complete, lawful, platform-compliant, audience-appropriate, monetizable, or suitable for your use.

User Content And License

You retain whatever lawful rights you have in material you submit or save, including names, topics, profiles, bios, links, plans, images, asset notes, descriptions, titles, posts, promotional copy, contact text, and other creator information. You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have sufficient rights to submit that material and grant the license described here.

By submitting material to CreatorToybox, you grant CreatorToybox, its owner, operators, service providers, and network systems a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, format, organize, transmit, and use that material as needed to operate, improve, protect, provide, and support CreatorToybox and related network services.

No Invented Claims

Do not use CreatorToybox to create or publish false claims about credentials, audience size, earnings, ownership, sponsorships, partnerships, endorsements, experience, awards, professional qualifications, guarantees, results, or rights. You are responsible for confirming that anything you publish is truthful, lawful, properly disclosed, and permitted.

Acceptable Use

Use CreatorToybox for lawful creator preparation, planning, organization, saved work, and publishing support. Do not submit, generate, promote, facilitate, or link to unlawful, infringing, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, invasive, exploitative, obscene, malicious, spam, malware, credential-harvesting, impersonation, scraping, or rights-violating content or conduct.

You may not interfere with CreatorToybox systems, security, routing, account controls, rate limits, robots controls, indexing controls, logs, sessions, databases, or network infrastructure. You may not attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or use intended to damage, overload, mislead, or exploit the platform or its users.

Public Pages And Private Workspace Areas

Some CreatorToybox pages are public education or tool-entry pages. Account workspaces, saved setups, drafts, private creator information, and account-only activity are intended for authorized access only. Do not place confidential, sensitive, or restricted information into public fields or share exported material without reviewing it first.

Commercial Use And Disclosures

CreatorToybox may support paid tools, premium features, referrals, sponsorships, affiliate links, service recommendations, promoted resources, or creator-business preparation. Paid or commercial activity must remain separate from truthful identity, lawful ownership, editorial judgment, and required disclosure.

If you use CreatorToybox for business, creator income, sponsorship, affiliate, advertising, professional services, branded content, product promotion, or audience conversion, you are responsible for disclosures, rights, permissions, claims, taxes, platform rules, contracts, customer promises, and legal compliance.

Moderation And Enforcement

CreatorToybox may review, limit, hide, remove, preserve, suspend, terminate, restrict, or decline access, content, saved work, exports, routes, or features at any time when action is appropriate for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational stability, rights protection, user protection, or platform integrity.

Third-Party Platforms And Links

CreatorToybox may help prepare material for outside sites, channels, newsletters, social platforms, websites, tools, services, and public pages. CreatorToybox does not control third-party rules, rankings, removals, algorithms, accounts, payment systems, privacy practices, safety, or availability. Use outside services at your own risk.

No Guarantees

CreatorToybox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CreatorToybox makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, originality, reach, traffic, ranking, search visibility, monetization, audience growth, account continuity, data preservation, or uninterrupted operation.

CreatorToybox does not guarantee that prepared material will increase followers, revenue, traffic, search placement, sponsorships, sales, engagement, publishing success, creator growth, or public reputation.

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorToybox, its owner, operators, affiliates, service providers, and network systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, content, reputation, goodwill, revenue, opportunity, access, rankings, audience, business, or expected benefit arising from or related to CreatorToybox.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability arising from or related to CreatorToybox shall be limited to the amount you paid directly to CreatorToybox for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or one hundred dollars if no such payment was made.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreatorToybox, its owner, operators, affiliates, service providers, and network systems from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, settlements, judgments, penalties, and attorney fees arising from your content, conduct, account use, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, third-party dispute, commercial activity, published material, or misuse of CreatorToybox.

Updates And Contact

CreatorToybox may update these Terms when platform features, legal needs, safety needs, or operational needs change. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply.

Legal, privacy, safety, abuse, and account questions should be sent through the current network contact path or the account controls available through the network menu.
